Miki goes close in the opening minutes.

Pogba hits the woodwork - what a surprise.

Dire first half with a few minutes to go.
Blind misses a flick for a goal, Rashford takes a knock in the lower back.

Is there anything else to be learned by playing Blind at LB?

I'm hoping that Blind, Darmian and perhaps Jones are on the pitch to confirm to Jose that he shouldn't bother again.

It's a sign from the ënd-of-times"- we scored from a set piece.

Great goal by McTominay.
Pointed to where he wanted it, took the ball back to goal, and too strong for the defender, turned and fired it in

Good finish from McTominay for the goal, really good lead up play from Martial - he just frightens the shit out of the defenders.

Their goalkeeper makes a mess and McTominay nearly rolls one in.

Axel too strong for an attacker and just muscles him away

Our A-Team was the one that played in the second half.
The young players mostly - so how good is that?

I don't recall the matches under LVG where we played like we did in the second half.

We consistently attacked and passed the ball forward for a start.

The first half, I grant you.

As usual defenders did not get a mention by the chat crew on the tv, who chose to gush about Pogba to the exclusion of everyone else.

I thought Axel and Timothy were immense, and further forward we showed more attacking intent than normal, with a working midfield.
