Sacking Ranieri should solve all their problems.

Been a terrible season but I think he deserved the right to see the job out to the end of the season.

Apparently Mancini is the bookies favourite?! :?

He deserves a fornicate statue at the ground not to be sacked. Leicester, LEICESTER fornicate won the league and it was all down to him. At least the world knows the players are many birth canals, pity he had to pay for it

Seriously can't believe he is treated this way. One title and they think they are Real Madrid?

Outrageous.

He should have been given the right to do whatever he wanted - yes......they are having a terrible season but let him see it out and then decide on his future - come to an arrangement etc

Deserves respect

Leicester being relegated would be a sad, horrible end to all of this. The club and the supporters don't deserve that.

They do deserve it now.

We are basically discussing whether Ranieri should be allowed to get Leicester relegated because he won the league title with them last year.

Leicester before tonight's win had conceded twelve goals in five PL games, failing to score in them all. No decent board could watch this happening and allow it to continue, relegation was inevitable unless something was done. Whatever the problem was, Ranieri wasn't able to fix it in 20 odd games and it appears he 'lost the dressing room'. He was backed in January and things still didn't change. So from a rational perspective the decision makes sense. Relegation would be a catastrophe and would mean a loss of £100m+, with no guarantee of coming back up.

The Leicester story touched a lot of people who are not interested in football, Ranieri is a good man and it's a shame it has ended like this for him but it will be even sadder for the fans and the club if they go down.

People may look back on this decision and decide that the owner got it right if they stay up and finish the season safely among the mid table positions but in hindsight it looks like the club messed up badly in the summer.

I agree what your saying to a certain extent but surely Ranieri deserved the time to put it right after what he achieved last season - after last night's result it seems the players downed tools for him which is simply out of order

We'll see at the end of the season. They've had a bounce, but they aren't out of the woods yet.

Craig Shakespeare is the first British manager to win his first 4 PL games!

and tbh, they are just about out of the woods now - probably need about 5 more points
