One more time the United Haarlem Globetrotters will hit the road
I am told the "proud to announce" drum roll will not be long
Wait and see
Thank goodness it will not be a for profit reasons only game
Well it wouldn't be would it!!!!!

Ray
you forgot to mention that Darren Fletcher has been offered the director role.

must be cheap option?

I don't believe he has been officially offered it yet
I suspect that the fact is has leaked out is the usual Ed Woodward way of testing the water before taking what will be a cheap option.
If there was uproar Ed Woodward would go missing and it wouldn't happen

there will be no uproar as most fans don't know the roll of a director of football
Ask yourself this
At the age of 35 and with no experience whatsoever other than as a player what knowledge can Darren possibly have of contacts in Europe,South America at either club level or agent level?
What chance has he got of finding from cold a new rising star and convincing him to ignore the likes of City,Liverpool,Madrid and Barcelona
What could he tell such a player
"Look at how United treated me!!" FFS

I am not sure when the next investors conference phone call is
A friend thought it might be next week
That will be interesting to hear Ed Woodward speak
Can you imagine the opening line
"All has not been well on the pitch but i would like to draw your attention to the bottom line!!"

Woodward finally speaks
At the important investors conference call Ed Woodward has announced a £4m increase in profits for the first 3 months of the year
Can life get any better?
Well yes it can because part of the reason they didn't make more was the wages bill that has now been reduced by the leaving of Herrera and Valencia with a lot more to follow
Also with being out of the champions league the bill drops by another 25% which is reported as being £85m a quarter

Get out the cigars.Who needs success :grr: :grr:

Proud to announce that United are watching the Zaha dispute at Crystal Palace
He wants to leave and they are asking for £80m.
It has emerged that United have a sell on clause that means the Glazers will get £20m
Oh life is so sweet

United were proud to announce yesterday that they had signed up a club record over 1/4 million people as "official members"

At £35 a pop that's £8 million for giving the people the opportunity to apply to spend money on the massive Carling cup games
All other games need you to have a Bobby Charlton to get a ticket

2 years wasn't what I expected but you could do worse than keeping him. It's a pity hes not the role model the younger players gravitate to instead of Pogba.

We have 5/6 deadwood we need to clean out and it doesn't look like we're gonna get near that

I have heard from a "couple of sources close to United" that the following strategy has been decided

DDG-He has been given a take it or leave it ultimatum. They will not start next season with him without him signing a contract
Expect to see him leave and probably for PSG
They will bring Romero to number one and bring Dean Henderson back from Sheffield United

Left back
they are happy with Luke Shaw

Centre halves
They have more than they need with Smalling,Jones,Bailly,Rojo

Right back
They know they need a right back but as it is not a commercial position they won't pay daft money
they are looking at the whole deal and not just the transfer fee.they want the lad from Palace as he is young and could/should improve which then becomes a commerciall asset for the club

they also have Darmian,Lindelof and Dalot in reserve so they feel they are covered

Midfield
They have Matic,MacTominay,Fred,Sanchez,and Mata
They are giving squad numbers next week to Greenwood,Garner and Gomes
Pogba is the enigma
They don't want to sell him because he is the only commercial asset they have however as he doesn't want to be around i am told United have made some secret enquiries about the availability of several "massive names"
If they can hook one at a price similar or less than Pogba then Pogba can go
If not they will make him stay

Forwards
They have Martial and Rashford although they are getting fed up with Rashford not signing a contract
They also have Jesse and the new lad James
they are promoting Chong to the first team next week
That just leaves Lukaku who they will let go for £70/75m as they feel he is not commercial enough to justify his £200k a week salary
and finally Sanchez who they are resigned to keeping unless a Chinese team take him

Incoming will be dependant on whether they can sell Lukaku and Pogba at the same time as finding a shirt seller who will be around for 4 years

So to sum up expect a right back and one other(probably a forward who is a shirt seller.Maybe Kane or similar). That's it

Here's another classic.
Paddy Crerand's Monday night phone in has been pulled by Woodward for the next 3 weeks as he feels he and the Glazers have been getting too much stick from the fans phoning in.
As a result the programme is off air "unless United make a new signing in the next 3 weeks"

Also proud to announce there is an anti Glazer rally outside Old Trafford this Saturday if anybody is about

That said if you think this is vitriolic shit, then lets talk about transfers and the improvement they have made to the squad

Two proud to announce classics today
1 United have confirmed they are happy to allow the anti Glazer protest rally at Old Trafford on Saturday "but" if THEY deem anybody out of order who is a ticket holder they will confiscate the ticket and not give a refund
Democracy Glazer style at work

2 Darcie Glazer has taken out a loan of USD7million using her United shares as security
This club is rotten to the core

PS Apologies for the vitriolic diatribe but i am struggling to find anything exciting in our transfer policy to comment on.Does anybody have anything positive to say about this club?

Yet another busy week for Ed Woodward and Richard Arnold

They have yet ANOTHER sponsor
Konami are bringing out a new video game in association with Manchester United

And also we are giving a (cheap) long term contract to Tuanzabe

What more can you want

I only thought it was Tuanzabe but they have also signed Perreira.
Now Madrid and Barca know they have big problems

Manchester Evening News now reporting that the Glazers have told Ed Woodward to stop buying players until he sells some first to free up cash

I suppose this is called constant diatribe but as Dante is failing to post on anything and i mean anything at all i assume that the penny has finally dropped that i have been correct for the past 5 years and that NOTHING is going to change
Tampa Bay anonimity here we come

I had to laugh at what i saw on twitter.
The pisspots who have finally woken up to "the constant diatribe" are suggesting that people stop subscribing to MUTV
Nobody does subscribe.Everybody gets it through illegal means

Whast the club is not so proud to announce is the reason Pogba hasn't rejoined the squad for pre season training !

"Mino Raiola: "Everyone within the club from the manager to the owner knows Paul’s wishes. Everyone knows the willingness of Paul to move on. We are in the process of that.”"

Anybody know the exchange rate for Euros into dollars because that is what is going to happen to the Pogba transfer fee

They also haven't announced that Shaw has come back looking like the Michelin man.
Well overweight plus driving a brand new white Rolls Royce
And our new hardworking young player James turned up in a new 80 grand Mercedes.
Claerly under the Pogba influence eh
Yep let's get rid of our world cup winner and give long term contracts to Tuanzabe and Perreira to go alongside those of Jones and Smalling
All is good in Glazernomics land

Might as well be proud to announce that DDG should go as well. After all don't think of him as our player of the year 4 years running
Just remember him as a greedy bastard trying to nick the Glazers hard earned dividend money

Don't forget to watch the womens final as well
We already have the Netherlands semi final goal scoring star and also just made another massive signing
Maybe it's just me that doesn't give a fornicate about the womens team

Just checked to see what the Pogba situation actually is
He was given permission NOT to report back to training with the "fatties"
He is actually due to return tomorrow when the team fly out on the pre season tour
That is why the club have not said anything.
Firstly he is not late and secondly he is realistically the only shirt seller on the tour

I am not sure why people are so upset he wants to leave, when clearly the main reason is that they have refused to spend and build a team around him
Rumours abound that they want to replace him with Longstaff of Newcastle who has played a mammoth 9 games last season in the Premier League and never played in Europe in any competition.
I still am not sure that will happen as Mike Ashley is as big an arsehole as Ed Woodward and won't let the lad go cheap
Also are we really in for Longstaff?
Or is it another Maguire,Griezmann,Ronaldo,Bale smoke and mirrors

Why is nobody bollocking mighty Joe Young(Lukaku) for demanding off
Why is everybody holding their breath with a bollocking ready for DDG because they won't pay him the going rate and refuse to build a team

A lot of people have the priorities wrong i am afraid

Here's an interesting one
Ned Kelly who was the old Manchester United security officer has tweeted(@Nedk30) that he has heard that Richard Arnold has been reported to the Manchester police for blackmail and is likely to be arrested and interviewed under caution
