We'll be looking for a strong start to the campaign.

I know we have to pay each team twice but when certain fixtures are can be the different in challenging - our run in is very good,if it comes to the last 5 fixtures to do something the fixtures are pretty kind.

Yep, especially with CL - the timing is important.

Arsenal have a tough fixture list

Arsenal and City in December to start (back to back) but the festive looks good.

2/10 "big games" to start and 3/10 to the finish

Im pretty pleased with that list. Would hope to get a good chunk of pointsfrom the 1st 7 games, then we play 3 of the Big 6 in Weeks 8-11 and Arsenal _ City in weeks 15-16. By then we shoiuld have a pretty good idea hjow things are panning out. After Xmas the reverse fixtures against the big boiys are nicely spread out to around 1 a month. Then we finish with 5 really nice-looking ties (yes it includes Arsenal at home but our home record against them has been v good in recent years) so 15 out of 15 is quite feasible and could make for a very intersting season finale!

I always look at our last five games first and I'm happy with what I see. :)

A good first couple of months there, we'll need to be taking a good portion of those points if we're wanting to challenge for the title Otherwise, we're looking at scrabbling around the Europa places again.

I get the impression that Mourinho likes to be the front runner rather than chasing other teams. I think he will want the transfer business wrapped up early so he can get his lineup sorted out and not have to be experimenting with personal once the games start counting. The season isn't won or loses during the first couple of months but they do have an effect on how the season plays out.
I can't believe it. I can't believe it. Football. Bloody hell.

United need to improve it's Home game display and the game against smaller teams. We have a good fixtures ahead. The first 9 matches shouldn't be a problem for us if we deploy good strategy and players if are in form.
